Not sure if this means anything or not, I unhooked the kill wire and the tether wire, the motor starts right up then quits...I am going to trace out each wire and try to find the problem, this will take awhile I wll let you know what I find. Thank you so much for all the help...

If you open up the drain screw on the bottom of the carburetor and drain out the float bowl the fuel should not keep running if the needle and seat are ok. Is this correct? when i drained the carbs. the fuel kept seeping out.

Fuel runs out .----Float drops and opens the float valve.-----Fuel will continue to come out if you are squeezing the bulb.----That is the way it works.

Find 5 pin amphenol connector at power pack.

Disconnect it.

Place one ohm meter lead on the blk/yel pin of the amphenol connector boat side of harness. Place other lead on engine block.

With key in off position you should get very low ohm reading.

With key in on position you should get infinity or open circuit.

I took the remote apart and removed the key switch and the black wire with yellow strip that was attached to one of the terminals on the key switch was weather checked and bare wire showing. I replaced the wire (quite a job) and reassembled everything. Tried starting the motor and it fired up and run great. I can't believe it, after all I have been through with this thing. Took it out for a test ride and it runs perfect from just above an idle to wide open, but it will not idle without stalling. So now any ideas on why it won't idle. Other than the idle it runs great. I want to thank everyone who has helped me with this hair pulling, frustrating problem that this motor has been. I am grateful to you all. Thank you so very much...

Good for you...post 9 should have found this issue but at least you got it.

Now you need to synch the slow speed needle adjustments.

Easier way would be to start with both screws out maybe 3 turns and go from there. I just do it, kind of hard to explain. The manual walks you through it.

Screw them in a 1/3 turn at a time, separately, til you get smoothest highest rpm, then back out a tad. In gear in lake is recommended but I do 40 and 50 in a horse trough. The 3 cylinder must be done in the lake until you get real good.
