Re: Johnson 48 Idle problem
Actually I have two 48s mounted on the same boat, both seem to have the same stall at idle speed problems. All plugs are new Aug this year and gapped by the book. Models are J48ESLGER and G48ESLETE. I think that makes them a 94 and a 93. I have no idea how to set the idle. I have not checked thje compression. New gas cans, lines, and premix (50:1). As to history, the boat and motors sat unused for several years. Any help is appreciated.
