Johnson 60 fuel leakdown-where to look ?

3cyl. 60 hp with VRO(oil side capped off) wont stay running unless primer bulb is constantly pumped. I have 2 tanks with a 3 way bronze selector valve, so that only one tank is available at a time. This problem has just started. Tanks are clean with clean fuel, new fuel filter. I ran it on the muffs and I can see the fuel filter go empty until I prime either bulb, the problem occurs with either tank selected. I dont see fuel running out of the engine or fuel hoses anywhere. Any help on where to look first ? There is probably a simple cure, just not sure where to start.

Tank venting, air intrusion or your fuel pump is starting to fail.
This should be a good starting point.
