johnson 6hp carb problem

Hi all I have removed the carb from a 6hp Johnson (J6BACTA) ready to fit a carb kit thats on it's way but I cant remove the emulsifying tube as it looks damaged and won't move so 1: how do i remove it and 2: I have a old 7.5 carb could I remove the emulsifying tube from this to replace the 6hp one thats chewed up.
and any links to the rebuild would be much appreciated,

Don't know. We didn't have a 6hp here in USA that year, so I can't look it up. You are speaking of the main nozzle? It may be that it doesn't come out. Sorry, I can't give an intelligent answer. Perhaps somebody in your part of the world will see this and know more.

Those tubes are part of the upper carb body and non replaceable. If you can find them in a parts book, please let us know.

ok so someone has tried to remove the one in mine and chewed it up so could I therefor use the 7.5 carb body and remove all parts from the 6hp and put them on the 7.5hp its the same shape and size but the throat on the 7.5hp seems wider

Why not contact one of the UK parts suppliers, telling them the model number.
