I was coming up to the dock today and went to tilt up my 1994 johnson 48 special and it started to move then went dead. I can hear the relay clicking but it does not move. The moter does nothing, no sound either direction and tried both sets of switches. Any ideas what to check first.<br /><br />THANKS
