hi, does a johnson 9.5 outboard have enough power to push a liteweight 14 ft ply boat? any other info on these motors would be greatly apreciated it's model no is 9r72m , year 1972. thanx scuda

Well..Sure it'll push it, but how fast. How much does it weigh and what does all the gear weigh and how many "BOB"s are you putting in the boat?
