Jonson 1977 -115 hp won't start..

I just got a boat with a johnson 115 hp v4 engine. When I went to check the engine it cranks but I get no spark at the plugs. What should I check to find out what needs to be done to get this puppy up and running?...I get no spark in any of the plugs...
