when i ran my lines for gps and the water pressure gauge i didnt have anymore room in the tubes that run all wires hoses etc .. so i bought a low boy threshold with s.s. screws and ran them through there also you can see the big drain hole on the floor had a problem of crabs and leaves getting back there so i put a heavy duty piece of s.s. mesh wire there in the hole from the back

The door on the console is nice to have, it locks. Keeps 2 trolling batteries, stereo, and on-board charger safe. The bimini is nice but I have to lay my 6.5' rods in the floor to put it up. I do like your foot bar on your leaning post, that's one thing I don't have yet. Where did you get your king pin shallow anchor, I would like one on the bow to go along with the Talon. Where do you boat at?

yeah i might be moving one battery to the console bc i want to strap my ice chest behind the leaning post to help with weight distribution and its out the way and it would serve as a make shift casting platform (get a set of those 1" straps with flat

Hey, you guys are making me jealous! Cut it out, would ya?:p I'm glad to see you using those big johns for something other than ducks and crappie. They're great for that of course, but they're so versatile and tough. Perry, I don't see the pics, but I'm sure it's just because I'm at work. I'll take a peek when I get home today. If you have a Gander Mountain in your neck of the woods you can get one of those Yeti floor kits there. You're right about their prices. I dropped $450 on a 120 quart Tundra last year. I had to swallow hard before I did it, but I don't regret the purchase. Great jobs on the rigs guys. You should be proud. And, great looking brood, vision.

I love my Talon. It's all electric so it's lighter than the power pole. Cheaper too. I think the advantage to Talon in the back and king pin in the front, is you don't have to leave the casting deck to move the boat from one spot to the next. The power pole has hydrolics so it weighs more and if you have to bring it up manually you end up with fluid in the boat. That's what the rigger at the dealer told me. So less mess with the Talon, and a 7/16 ratchet is all it take to manual up if stuck in the mud.

did you have to put another battery just for the talon? Nope, it just hooks to the starting battery.

Ok folks Ive used the new mods for about 5 trips so far and I love the new chest, trolling motor I wish I would have bought the 10' instead of the 8' anchor pole but it works great and the fishing rod holders are perfect im adding one more to the anchor pole bracket .. as far as the lowrance hds5 its great but im still learning it..

More comfortable seating? (as in number of comfortable seats)

That's one of the main things I don't care for with CCs, seating options are very limited.

Your boat looks really sharp.
