Just bought a 1951 stainless 12 footer

Hello all i just got a 12 foot stainless starcraft. Was wondering if anybody else has one. Mine is a 51 (i thought it was a 52 hence my forum name). How many were built? I cant wait to polish it up!

Welcome aboard! I've heard of the magnesium Starcrafts but I've never seen one. Any pics? We love pics ;)

Was lucky enough to get the 51 motor with it too. Now just waiting for the ice to go away!

Thanks! She spent a ton of time indoors and needs to get on the water soon. There is some paint remnants to get rid of and a good polish and buff is in order.

Is that a welded seam at mid-ship?

Thankss bluefin, its lapjointed at mid ship. The only non original stuff on the boat is a drain plug and a state of pennsylvania safety plaque

Thanks! A true barn find and original. Came with super clean motor that was the only one to be on this boat and its been gone through and imcredible compression. Trailer has new tires, bearings, led lights, fenders, wiring, jack and rollers. Seller drove 3 hours to deliver it and all in all idlt cost me 2000 (1800 boat motor trailer) and 200 delivery

For what should best be described as RARE w a completely gone thru motor... You betcha good deal.

Almost a GREAT deal, but well worth what you paid, imo.

Lighter than i thought too, cant weigh more than 150 pounds or so
