I just bought my first bass boat. After many arguments with the wife I convinced her it would be a good investment. Well, lucky me, first time I took it out I heard a warning beep. I cruised for a while with no issues. Then I slowed down in some shallow water (wanting to take it slow) and the beep started. I had no idea what it was. It was a beep every second or so. When I went faster the beep got faster then eventually quit as my rpm's got higher. When I got to the loanding (slower speeds again) the beep started again. It continued beeping until I got it trailered and shut off. I checked the Oil tank and it's full. Is this a vro issue or heat issue? Do I need to prime the oil before starting? There is a primer bulb, but the previous owner said he never did. What should I do? And of course the Wife is saying "I told ya so". UGHHHHHHH!
