hrmm they are marked with a punch, one dot for one, 2 dots for cyl two, etc.. so what do you think i should doo? arent there different jets in the top, middle, and bottom carbs? would i have to pull the high speed jets to verify that?

yeah i put the black cover on and sealed it up good with permatex, so ill see if it happens agian.. my buddy says that when you deaccelerate them carbs cough and spit crap all out or what? anyways i put that toob from the black cover to the nipple on the intake. so itll drain back to the crankcase like JB dun told me.

I think your fine <br />those evinrudes will not stop <br /><br />Just make shure that you have the carbs the same I would cleen them just in case and see if there is any magor difference about them

huh.. heh. this old motah has quit three times. but it always comes back to life.. heh so ill just keep rebuilding it until they run outta parts! hahahah i want 2 of those bombadier 250's! just set em up in the garage and run em every now and then, ill have to save for the boat for a few years, but ill be running them motors keepin em fresh and runnin. keepin them problem free.

I would check out the reed valves to! I just looked at mine and I was missing some of te leafs!, if they are ok, just run it with the proper oil and have fun, it may just be your motors quirk

OK if i was missing something from the reed valves, wouldnt that get sucked into the motor and wouldnt that sound like world war three? do reed vavles block off any water or something?

i got a pro-dog! choc. lab that hasnt hunted yet, this will be his first year. i been workin with him approx every day since 1.5 years ago. im introducing him to gunfire this week. boats were easy, he loves it.
