Hi Guys,

The Keel strip on my dingy seems to be splitting in a couple of places (as per in the below photo). How can I go about repairing it?

Better change for a complete new one, bow to transom, only if tearing appart.

Any idea where i can get a 14' long strip online?

No need to replace it, unless it's damaged. It's just the glue that has failed. I'd take it off, remove all glue by hand and then solvent the rest off. Re-glue on and you're done. That should be a relatively easy repair.
