Hi, I am having some problems with my kill switch. The engine won't restart on ocassion, and before I knew what was going on it left me stranded. There is a short somewhere so I decided to run a new wire from the engine to the front console, where there is a kill switch located. What is the minimum wire size I should use? The distance is about 18 feet. Motor is 45 johnson. Hope someone can help.
