At first I wasn't going to, but when I couldn't spin the bearing with my fingers I decided it'd be a good idea. So yea, I replaced the bearing while I had everything off.

Good job! you'll have a lot of fun with that boat.......Just make sure you drain the block and manifold properly this fall when you "winterize"
