hello, I was wondering if anyone has installed these LED flex strip lights to there pontoon . I seen them on iboats.com. I want to attach them to the bottom of my playpen to light up the deck, for night fishing, so I don't stumble over things. how did you install them and how do they work? I am worried they will be to bright and blinding.

I put my led strips in aluminum housings.

I actually bought some PWM dimmers but never installed them because they aren't that bright.

I placed mine under the seats facing down to the carpet . They are blinding if they are high up. I used the peel and stick type from wallmart automotive department. All you need is enough light to find things when under way. I suggest multiple switches so you can shut off the forward ones so they do not interrupt night vision.
