Listing to port side

2003 Crestliner 1850, 115hp honda. Boat will list to the port side, makes no diff on trim level, sits level while sitting still, does the same with my 3 blade or 4, engine height is about 3/4 inch below boat. I noticed a slight bump in my cavitation plate on the port side (see pic) could this cause the listing?

however the bump is from you hitting something.

look at the hull for the cause of your list.

I disagree , that bend could definitely make it list IMO

How bad is the list ? Did the boat list before it got bent ?
Maybe moving weight around inside the boat would help ..

The boat is new to me, I didn't bend, yes if my passenger sits in the middle of boat all is ok

Boat does list to port, would like to raise engine in hopes this would help, at this time running near full throttle and trimmed out a bit the cavitation plate is about an inch to a inch and half under water, cavitation plate sits about 3/4 inch below bottom of hull. Currently I have one hole left to raise the engine, engine sits about two inches from resting on transom. My question is would raising to top hole cause any undo stress on transom? a neighbor said it could. Also at this time I can trim full and the prop won't blow out.

I'm no expert on the subject but as long as the transom is solid I think it would be ok to raise ..
Others may think differently ...idk
