Live well pump

My 2005 Tracker Targas front live well goes on and off constantly, the switch doesn't do anything. Any Ideas it? to stop it?

First thing to do is to pull wires from the switch to see if that is root cause.

Is this a new problem that just started by itself? Are you saying the pump comes on by itself then turns off by itself? Are you seeing the tank fill "pump come on" while under way?
