i have a 14' PolarCraft Jon Boat that has a rear bench and a front deck in it..i have extended the front deck about a foot to gain some leg room... it has no livewell or storage in it... i would like to build a livewell and storage area for it and also install a stick steer setup here at the same time... boat came with the mounting brackets for the steering...i have also installed a wood floor...i have already purchased a control box for my 75 25hp Johnson OB... any one know where i can get a good used stick steer setup...post back here or email me @ prmullinsjr@highstream.net..
thanks..

what is the best way to do this???

I can't help you in your quest,
But, I Question the amount of Weight you're Adding to such a Small boat.........
You're going to be Over-Loaded, Before you even step into the boat........
Center of Gravity is Another Issue you'll need to deal with.......

Water is about 8lbs. per Gallon.......
Foam Does Not add Floatation, it adds Weight.....

Do the Math....
It Looks like you're adding a Bunch of Weight, in a Very Small Boat......
