I don't know if iboats has what you want but they probably have more boat engine parts than anyone I have seen. They do have different parts relating to starters too. Here is the main parts page since I don't know what engine you have:<br /><br /> http://www.iboats.com/mall/partfinder/
Mark, you can also take the starter to a local rebuild shop. Also, post if you find a starter rebuild kit. Other than brushes and springs, I cannot think of any other likely included parts.
