My motor locked up and we turned it over with a wrench. Pulled head and cylinders and pistons look great. Next pulled the lower unit and it was still hard to turn over. Am I correct in thinking it is probably an upper bearing problem ?
usually its the bottom bearing that failed, could also be a rod or wristpin bearing stuck. from here its pull the powerhead,crack it open and carefully inspect the bearings.
