I'm going to look at this boat tomorrow, would be a project, has twin 350's. Doesn't look real old but maybe 70's? Outdrives are white, OMC or Penta? Looks like maybe 22' cabin cruiser type.

Can anyone tell me if it's rare or not? Thanks!

Rare ... sort of ... Dorsetts aren't on the water every day, but they're not completely gone either. It's not going to be something that's going to be valuable all cleaned up and working, so do it because ya' wanna'. BUT it will turn heads on the lake all shiny and pretty :)

The boat had plenty of rot under the floor, OMC drives, so I passed. Hull was decent. I hadn't seen one of these with twin drives in my online searching. Could be had for less than $1000. Thanks for the reply!

You bet - and probably best you moved on unless you wanted the project. Dorsett had a couple of designs done by an industrial designer who's work I like, so there are a coupe of their boats I'd get a kick out of owning ... but I'm not sure I'd get a kick outta' restoring 'em :)
