The boat is a Lund S14 DLX with side console and am curious if anyone else here on the forum has a simular boat and if so which cover are you using?
Two years ago we bought an inexpensive SeaSense cover that was trailerable and it worked fairly well for what we needed at the time. Being an inexspensive model it didn't fit real well but did fit fairly well. So now after 2 winters it's worn in the corners and has a tear in it from the last snow that melted and then froze.
We have plenty of canvas shops close by but they are all quoting $700.00 and up for a custom fitted one, which still isn't in the budget. Wish I could afford a nice fitted mooring cover but it just isn't so.
I have looked on-line here at the iboats store, Cabellas and BassProShops and really do not want to spend $250.00 for one that doesn't fit. Not looking for a perfect fit, just a good fit. The ones I have looked at the descriptions aren't very clear and the reviews are spotty.
So if anyone can lead me to a nice one that fits well it will be graetly appreciated.
