well guys I am picking your brains just as a safety measure I know the way to fix these cracks from old repairs on the inside of my hull before installing the floor but am curious on the way to repair the out side of the hull, can i just use body filler and 2 pac paint or do i need to use gel coat as well..
But all advice as to how to repair inside and outside is appreciated

I was going to repair the inside of the hull by grinding the crack out a bit a giving the area around the crack a course sand the re fiber glassing the hole area about a good 20 cm wider each side of the crack. but if you have other ideas I am happy to hear them, and i asking for advice on the best way to repair the outside on the gel coat as well.

Re: looking for advice

The gel coat is your best bet because it is designed to flex some with the fiberglass.
