Do you have any tools onboard for blowing things up like an air pig or comnpreaser 12 volt.

Go to walmart or wherever anyone sells air mattresses. Buy a air mattress inflator. They usually come in both battery operated and 115 Volt AC powered versions. Those pumps are high volume and low pressure.

I use the 115 Volt pump to get the tubes and keel to about 90% inflated and then use the foot pump to top it off. That's the easy part of my boat, the harder part is getting the wood floor and stringers put in.

I had the same question before and I was recommended A shop VACUUM. Buy a 12volt shop vac, a car booster box and plug the shopvac inside. total cost of both would go for AROUND 120 OR LESS

12 V air matress inflators have high air flow output but provides low pressure inflation, will only inflate tubes to see it's overall aired shape, will need to top tubes with a properly pro hand or foot pump, not the cheapo ones delivered with inflatables that usually are basic ones and takes a life time to top inflate.

We got the first inflatable in 1980 and fought inflation until purchasing a LVM Inflator Pump. It is still in use and was some of the best money we ever spent. It is fast and inflates to about 3 psig or a little less in minutes. Top off with your foot pump and you are done.

When we got a Zodiac with a high pressure floor, we bought a Bravo BST 12 HP and love it.

You can play with the toy inflator pumps, but you are better off in the long run with a pump meant to do the job.
