Hello, I have a 1990 Bayliner Capri which I just completed an engine swap in and now I'd like to do something with these cracked, sun beatin', seats. the back to back seats are the worst. Do they make a seat cover worth buying to cover these? I saw somewhere a set of covers but they didn't have very good reveiws. people said they were made out of a cross of t-shirt material and foam. I've seen new seats but I'm not wanting to put $800.00 worth of seats in a $1000.00 boat. I'd like to find a set of seat covers made of a good marine grade vinyl or a set of used seats close by. I'm in Northern Virginia so anybody with any ideas let me know, thank you.

I was able to get new foam and marine grade vinyl from Fabric Supply, Inc. in Minneapolis. I recovered all the seats and trim for about $250. Took a weekend to finish and my wife and I love it. Check out their website www.fabricsupply.com

Normally discount marine stores put their back-to-back boat seats on sale this time of year. I bought 2 new seats for $99 ea, some years ago.
