Re: Looking for carb kirts for 115 etlj
Ive been running seafoam through the carbs by adding it to the gas and i just went out and started it up and it started verry easily. I might not rebuild if that stuff sleaned out whatever was blocked. Its been a little hard to start when cold so i added seafoam to the gas and ran it for about 20 min or so a couple of times. I just went out there and it started with just a kep tap with the choke on. Does that seafoam stuff work that well? I havent used any kind of additive before so i might have just fixed the problem. The other day once i got it running and up to temp, i was choking it every once and a whyle so that the seafoam could maybee clean the choke up. Well today i went out there and primed the ball and lifted the choke button and with the throttle in idle it fired right up with just a tap of the starter. Before i had to lift the fast idle lever and choke it in order for it to start when cold. This time it fired right up. Could it be that easy to clean the carbs?
