Loose intake manifold bolts 115 hp engine

I tighten all the bolts on my intake manifold the motor is a 1997 mercury 115 hp. I did not remove the bolts just tighten them up with a torque wrench, Can you use some silicone on the bolts to help them from coming loose again? I did not remove them, just tighten them up they are hard to reach with a wrench. I know you should remove them with lock tight on threads but it would require removing carbs and on this motor they have to be just set right or it will not run good at all. Any help from the the guys that know this motor would greatly be appreciated !
