Thanks again everyone. Your remarks in these posts I'll remember for a long time. Besides the loss of my brother, I've been dealing with my dad in the hospital since the 2nd when he had a triple bypass after a mild heart attack on the 31st. Breaking the news to him while in CCU that his youngest son had passed was one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with. Fortunately, he was recovering well enough to handle the news or I would have waited. He took it like the rock solid father figure he has always been. He couldn't bear for me to see him cry so he held it until I left his lady friend later told me. I wish sometimes he could share his feelings with me.

My sincerest condolences. Cancer is a terrible scourge. Lost my older brother to a form of it last July.

If my post promotes awareness so that even 1 person is saved by finding it early, that would be beyond wonderful.
