I feel your pain, we have lost pets in the past, cat 21 1/2 years old, Chow Sheppard mix, 16 years old, Blue eyed Siberian Huskey 14 years old and now a replacement black lab is having troubles, it is not something you want to go through. In time the hurt will be better but you will always have a spot in your heart for that loved one.

Very sorry to hear that. My "Puppy" was 12 when she passed. It is a sad day for sure.

What cute dog. My condolences. We have a 9 year old cat that I can't imagine being without. He still runs around like a maniac kitten and is very affecionate. We have another cat who is fat and worthless and just hides under our bed most of the time. You really do win some and lose some with pets. Looks like you won big with that one.

i've lost a few of my pets to to old age too... hoovers isn't even close to how bad it makes you feel... so sorry....

sorry for your loss. we lost our toby 3 months ago. a rott got ahold of him and i cried like a baby. we actually went 3 days later and got a 8 week old. his name is tucker and he is the greatest thing. worst thing is we still call him toby from time to time. some told us to wait but we didnt. its worked out for the best. hope time heals your pain. they are family.

I understand how you feel, my perfect dog passed away several months ago and it was not a fun time. After waiting a while I recently got another dog, this time a young abandoned Aussie from the shelter. She's well on her way to being a loved member of the family, I hope she turns out as wonderful as your good friend was.
