Re: Low HP ski prop

I had the chance to reevaluate my 15p prop last Sunday. I had my normal load of me, wife and spotter, @ 480lb. Hole shot was much improved over the 17p. The boat was able to pull me up on one ski!! (I'm @ 175#). The boat would almost reach 30 mph at 5200rpm.

The new prop seams to grip the water better in turns than the old one. The antiventalation plate is even with the bottom of the boat (depending on how you look at it). I'm thinking of raising it up another hole, .75". What do you think? I do not have power trim.

Where can I get a Turbo prop for less than retail? How is it different from the Stiletto; sold by Overtons? I appreciate your help. Thanks

Re: Low HP ski prop

they are both manufactured by the same people, but they are different designs. Both are good props. The Turbos can be bought at any listed dealer under dealer search tab.
