I just drained and refilled the gear lube and Just got done testing it with muffs on and everything appears to be in working order! Spins fine in forward and reverse and pretty stable while in neutral. Props spins freely when I hand spun it before I started it and put it in gear so I think (for once lol) I was very lucky. Whew. I'm hoping no other issues show up in the future or when she's in the drink because of my dumb mistake, but for right now I'm a happy boater! Thanks again every one
