Lower unit drips water when tilting the motor?? Is something wrong or is it normal?

Hello again,

I have a 1997 bayliner capri with a 1997 Force 90 hp O/B. The motor runs great and I have no problems out of it but I have noticed that every time I take it out everything is great. I leave the lake and tilt the motor up and trailer it home. Several days later I will be either cleaning something or whatever and will tilt the motor back down to have better access to it. When I tilt the motor down I notice water coming from the lower unit. Looks like it is coming from around the propeller. Is this normal water that was just in the lower unit from coming from the lake or is this a sign of a upcoming problem. It is just water, no oil or lower unit lube in it. Just dont want to run my boat if something needs to be replaced. Its about maybe 6-8 oz of water.

Thanks

Normal.Tilting and then trimming down it will drain out pockets of water.

One of the reasons O/B should be stored in the down position.
