Im trying to find out what's the best lower unit to use with my 188 Ford v8 in my runabout. Had a drive failure yesterday. It currently has a 140 mer ... should I update this unit or rebuild it?
An SEI aftermarket is an option.----Much cheaper than factory parts to rebuild yours I think.----These units work.----No idea if they are durable like factory stuff.
