Lower Unit Grinding noise

Watch this video I posted. I touched the lower magnetic screw and it felt a little gummy. Did the lower unit fluid leak out?

Drain the gear oil now.----See if there are chunks in there.

So we pulled the boat today and noticed the trim tab was very loose, easily could rattle it around. Tightened it up, threw it in, all is well. Didn't even bother draining the lower unit as it was done during the winterization processes.
