hello all, i have a 64 60 hp evinrude i need to find lower unit oil to replace type c [hard to find] i have been to walmart and not sure what is compatable to type c , any suggjestions?? many thanks !!
Hello.<br />You can go to any outboard store and they will have it.Napa carries the Sierra type C.You should just ask for a lower unit hyphoid oil. Although I think that type c is for the electric shift type.If yours is electric,this lower unit will only work with type c and not with the standard oils.
