Lower unit lube screws???

On my 115 etlj 1986, There is the drain and vent screws for the lower unit. When changing the oil. Ok one of the screws is longer than the other. Which one goes where. All Outboards im used too they are both the same. Well i was more worried about catching the oil now im not sure which one goes top/bottom. There is a longer one and a shorter one. Which one goes in the bottom they are both the same thread. I assume that the longer one goes in the top but you know what happens when you assume. Thanks for any help you guys can give me. By the way there was no oil shavings in the oil. It was a little lighter color than new but not a lot hardly noticeable. Thanks!!!

The longer one is the magnatized one and it goes in the LOWER hole. Of course the other one goes up top.

thanks a lot tony!!!! and i did notice its magnitised it stuck to my screwdriver. lol why is that it was clean coming out. I imagine to catch metal shavings. Thanks again.
