Lower unit parts for 1968 SeaKing 20hp?

So the retaining ring that holds the bearing and seal of our motor has broke out of it's housing. I am sure we will need a new lower Gear Housing seals and bearing. Anyone know the best place to get this unit? Good condition used is just fine.

Thanks Jerryjerry05, I will get them on the phone tomorrow and see if they have it. I guess I could build the retainer area back up with a TIG welder and grind the grove back into it. It would be a nice learning experience, but could turn out real bad.
