Lower Unit Removal

I'm attempting to remove the lower unit of a 2001, 150. All nuts and bolt have been removed. The trailing edge of the unit will separate from the shaft housing. The problem is the leading edge bolt will not separate. I have it soaking with CRC and tried hitting with a rubber mallet. Any tips out there on what else can be done.

s/w corrosion can be tuff... just keep at it without<br />beating it up, it will eventually give. maybe a<br />little heat would help? don't overdo it though.<br />persistance breaks resistance,<br />M.Y.
