Lower Unit Removal

I purchase a 1990 85hp yamaha .The impeller needs to be replaced. I have removed the 6 bolts from the lower unit (had to drill out one) that I see.I still can not get the lower unit off the motor.Is there something I am missing?

u got the one under the trim tab?

Thanks for the reply. Yea I found the one under the trim tab actually it broke off and I had to drill it out.I finally removed the lower unit and replaced the impellar,it ran fine for about 5 minutes and then it stopped pumping waterout of the pee hole.Not sure what my next move is.Any info would really be appreciated. Thanks

what did the old impeelor look like. Were there pieces gone? First pull the tale tell hose off and be sure it is clear.

That was the problem.Pieces from the old impellar were clogging the hole.I believe I'm ready for the river now. thanks
