wife out doing yard work and heard a pinging coming from my boat. took cover off and sure enough sonar unit was pinging. boat had not been out for about 2 months, and i'm sure i turned it off when i put it up. hit the power switch to turn unit off and screen went blank and turned back on... by itself! when it turns itself back on the lms332 screen comes on 1st. then a black line (like a pencil line) starts at the bottom left corner of the screen travels to the bottom right corner of the screen. takes about 3 seconds or so. when line is finished at bottom right corner, sonar comes on flashing thru the different light modes, and the pinging starts, sounding like morris code!!! the only way to turn the unit off is to pull the fuse. to late to call lowrance today so i thought i'd put it up for youuz guys. anyone ever heard of a problem like this? please don't tell me it's ghosts. thanks in advance....captn-tin
