I will be fishing in salt water for bass, blues, and fluke. Most of it will be in less than 40 feet. Which fishfinder would work better in shallow water with good viewing?

Do you have the x67c and if you do, how well is the screen shots [clear] and does it seperate fish from weeds?

i have an x67c on my bass boat.......

the screenshots are VERY clear, and it can scan very very quickly...

most of the time it can seperate fish from weeds, but it all depends on the sensitivity settings and how thick the weeds are...also there are settings to have it show archs, fish icons, just the ground, or a normal "sonar" view showing all the noise it picks up...

any finder would be like that though, but overall it's a very good unit
