Lubricate Steering

I have a cable steering system that goes through the tilt tube on the motor.<br /><br />What is the best way to lubricate this?

dmd,<br /><br />Just about all you can do ius pull it out and lubricate it.<br /><br />The grease zerks you see on the front of the tlt tube lubricate the tube itself (important) but not the steering cable.<br /><br />I have heard these are effective (see link) however I've never tried one.<br /><br /> http://www.basspro.com/servlet/cata...arClassCode=2&hvarSubCode=6&hvarTarget=browse
