it does not seam like it is getting hot but cant tell, i just changed head gasket and head cover gasket and all bolts did notice slight warp from overheating in the past could have happend before i changed water pump and before i got the motor but seems like it should have much harder stream compared to every other motor i see running in the water.
Chances are that the cooling system is fine. Chase a small wire into the port on the block where the pee stream originates. It's not uncommon for the block to have a build up of debris at that point which will slow the stream.
