After weeks of inclemment weather and business related commitments we finally made it out to the local lake.
First things first. I installed a set of Doelfin hydrofoils. They worked amazingly, getting up on plane faster than ever! The boat worked flawlessly and my kids had a whole bunch of fun. It was a great day, blue skies, not a cloud and great temps. Best thing was we had the whole lake to ourselves! Bonus! Loading is still a bit of a challenge, especially when you have a strong crosswind. We did it but it took a couple of trys.
First time with our new tube from Costco. Good quality and it inflated real fast. We spent the whole day there and finished off with grilled steaks and fireworks.
