From what you posted all I can tell you is that the boat was made in Texas by Convincer Boat's

CONVINCER BOATS LEWISVILLE TX

Not sure about Motor

the motor is a Mercury 150 HP.

on the usgc site it shows that this company was around from 1989 to 1993. it was mentioned on this post that this was a 1978 production. do you have other resources to find out more?

nothing on the boat. the 150 merc was built between 74 -76 probably by the # early 76.
