Mako M191 - leans to the left

I have a 1997 Mako M191 with a Yamaha 150. When I speed up the boat leans pretty sharply to the left. It almost seems like the engine is not installed properly. Any thoughts? Has anyone had this problem?

My 2000 Mako had a port list as well while on plane. Installed a set of Bennett sport tabs a few years ago. Best $300 I ever spent on the boat!
I can plane at 10 knots which is good for Wahoo trolling where I fish. Any trim tab set for a 19-21 foot boat should suffice.
