Have a new Promariner Protech 1225i 3 bank charger I am trying to install. It is replacing a Protech 4 that burned out after a year. The one before that made it at least 15 years. Question is that after reading the instructions, hooking it up seems pretty simple. I would just hook it up like the last two. Three red positives to three battery positive leads, one black negative to wiring harness, and a chassis ground. In the instructions it says the single black would go to a ground buss, that would in turn go to three battery negative leads. I can only trace the black wire only so far and then it disappears into a wire loom. The main confusion is that the only connections that are on the negative battery sides are the main grounds going to the motors. Should I add three seperate negative wires going from the negative terminal of the charger to the batteries?
