Mariner 15E

Hi all,

Need a little help. I have a used Mariner, 15E, 684CS251513
ok, here is what I would like to know:

1. oil ratio
2. year of motor
3. Does the water come out at the prop? Very little if any comes out of exhaust port> Motor runs quiet and idles well, My concern is where does the water come out?
