The priming bulb will not get hard, and when I start the outboard I have to give it gas in order to start it. However, when it does start I'm getting a spray of fuel coming from a small hole in a vacum hose fitting that is on the vapor separator. Fuel will spray out if I pump the priming bulb or if the engine is running. Can someone please help?
