Can anybody tell me how to get the cover of a Mariner remote box? Looks like the only thing holding it on is the control handle. There are two trim buttons at the top end of the handle, and I'm loathe to turn the handle. The shaft of the handle looks like it's threaded in to the hub.
Paul

TPI

Welcome to iboats. ;) To keep your post live, just reply to it and type "bump". This will push it to the top periodically and allow more people to see it. I know that there are a couple of members that may have access to some .pdf's of some of these controllers.

What year Mariner are we talking?

Some of older ones you have to pop the rubber center button, remove the three screws for the t/t, then take the allen screw out of the outside ring.

Clear as mud?
